(1) Usage, Return & Refund Policy:

Dining Gift Certificates issued by SanDiegoRestaurants.com may not be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. Dining Certificates are valid for one year from the date issued (printed on certificate) in participating restaurants only. Dining Certificates are valid towards purchase price of meals and beverages. No cash back on Dining Certificates. SanDiegoRestaurants.com will not exchange or refund expired or lost gift certificates.

(2) Disclaimer:

SanDiegoRestaurants.com is not responsible for gift certificates that are undeliverable or not received because purchaser failed to enter accurate delivery information. All orders must be shipped by FedEx. Customer pays shipping fees on all services. SanDiegoRestaurants.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

(3) Shipping and Processing:

All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. SanDiegoRestaurants.com does not process orders during weekends. SanDiegoRestaurants.com does not guarantee same day shipping. FedEx express saver: 3-4 business days plus processing time. No delivery on saturday or sunday. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. No international/Canadian shipments.

(4)Payment:

SanDiegoRestaurants.com accepts the following Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.) No C.O.D. orders please.

(5) Rush Orders:

Some orders may be shipped the same day for a $2.99 service fee. SanDiegoRestaurants.com will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met: Order is submitted before 4:00PM PST. Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 4:30PM PST.

(6) Security:

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your order, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security. For security reasons all gift certificates must be validated online or over the phone before going to the restaurant.
