Review: I saw KADAN before and after the remodeling. Everyone is right, the description is wrong. Not a Vegas-style club, a small bar with a small dance add on. But decoration and atmosphere are money. It's a great hidden spot with no frats or status. And they have a GOTHIC NIGHT on Wednesdays. You gotta support these guys for at least making a good drinking establishment and not a club bar. Who the hell wrote that top description anyways???

Review: The description here is absolutely horrible. There is nothing to Kadan's with having to be seen. Go down to On Broadway for that, and while you are standing in line for two hours I will be drinking nice cocktails, meeting great people and listening to some of the best house, progressive, trance music in SD. This place is for locals. Great residents and great vibes in an unexpecting part of town.

Review: #1. It is not in Hillcrest, its located in North Park. #2. I agree with Thomas V, Go Back to Phoenix Joe! Kadan is a "Different" Bar #3. There is not a #1 Club anywhere in the US. It all about what you make happen whereever you are! Those not having a great time, meeting nice people should just keep their pathetic lives at home

Review: love the place ... an great alternative to the standard typical bar. TV screens are replaced with chess boards, great people, great atmosphere. In fact I think I'm going to head over there again right now ....
