Review: I love going to the Sevilla Nightclub! The drinks are good, the bartenders are friendly, and the people are goodlooking! It's so much fun dancing salsa and meeting new people every time you go.

Review: I don't know what kind of complex the "I hate Sevilla " person has, but he's obviously hung up about race issues and suffers from low self-esteem. When I go to Sevilla, I see and talk to Latinos from Mexico, South America and Spain, as well as many North Americans and people from all over the world. Particularly upstairs in the Tapas bar, you can meet many intersting ans fun people. They are generally intelligent and good looking.Only someone with a wierd hangup would care about whether someone is considered "upscale" or not. I especially like the live music in the tapas bar. Malamaña is my favorite San Diego band. Sevilla es para la gente que quiere divertirse. A mi me encanta.

Review: We went into Sevilla downtown and loved the tapas bar. Malamaña was palying and they were amazing! We had a blast with the good food, friendly people and great music. I've never heard more exciting guitar music. Go Juanito and Fredi--you guys rock!

Review: I love these comments about Cafe Sevilla - you guys are funny! If you're a young attractive lover of Latin men (like me), then this place is a total candy store. Those who hate is are probably the cheesy Ricky Martins w/ your chest hair tangled in your gold chains. Hellloooo! The service is great and if you'd stop pinching asses while girls flirt w/ real men, maybe you'd love it too.....

Review: This comment is for the I hate Sevilla person. First, you mentioned you are from a wealthy Mexican family. Wealth does not make people upscale or classy. Judging from your writing skills, you're definately not educated. Second, it seems like your the snobby person here, due to your "looking down on others." Third, I suggest you spend some of Mommy and Daddy's wealth on some education. Fourth, obviously you had a bad encounter at Sevilla. Maybe no girls wanted to associate with you and that took a hit to your self-esteem. That's perfectly understandable. I have been to Sevilla many times and I always have a great time.

Review: I never had anyone I did not know add an opinion for my "personal" experience. When I mentioned that most people at Sevilla were upscale, I was speaking for the people I had met so far. In response to "Ihatesevilla's" comment about what I was thinking; I was writing about well groomed and respectful latin people that we do not get to see or speak to on an every day basis. "Ihatesevilla" is hardly an upscale person at all. In fact, "Ihatesevilla" has poor grammer and spelling skills. I've never known of a person of alleged upper class who had such poor writing skills. "Ihatesevilla," please go back to jr high before going clubbing again.

Review: since he was obviously responding to my comment. myself coming from a wealthy mexican family am so sick and tired of snobby hispanics who look down at their peers based on the amount of spaniard to indigenous heritage. some of these peopel wont even call themselves by their actuall nationality and jsut say they are spanish. sevilla is full of snobby hispanics and rarley are these people "upscale". myself coming from a well off family would recognize "upscale" when i see it. and i did not see it here. come on, you htink the service is good. these are poorly paid blue collar trash who thinks they are better than their average customer. the situation gets worse in riverside where theri security thinks they are at a buffet of women. the bartenders are slow and rude, come on if you mix drinks together you are still a no one. just mix my damn drink and be thankful you kissed the right ass to get a job that pays you so much in tips to be unprofessional. "upscale" peopel as you call them if they are actually established have no need to flaunt who they are or what they have. the crowd is overall unattractive. so many good venues in SO CAL to possibly want to waste your time here.

Review: if you are a fat unattractive hispanic who calims only their spanish heritage or actaully are a snobby wortheless spaniard and you think you are superior to others than this is definately the place for you. this place is so crappy i did not mind leaving almost immediately after i entered. the people who have positive things to say about this place obviously dont go out much. when in the gaslampo area dont waste your time here. go to aubergine, better music, and their staff is actually professional.
