  • Q: What is the "Best" rate?
  • A: BEST RATE Terms and Conditions: "Best Rates" are the lowest Internet hotel room rates made available to EnterSanDiego.com at time of booking requiring full payment in advance. These rates require that your credit card be charged for the full payment at the time of reservation and are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Great Rates are however subject to availability. Credit card is charged for the total cost listed at the time of booking. The best rates are only available through EnterSanDiego.com. All rates are for double occupancy per room, include taxes and fees, and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. Extra Adult Fees may apply depending on the hotel's extra adult policy. a standard fee of $10 per adult per room will be assessed upfront for any adult occupant beyond the limit imposed by the hotel. Incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, rollaway beds, and room service will be handled directly between you and the hotel and will NOT be charged by EnterSanDiego.com. If you wish to book multiple rooms, you must use a different name for each room or the hotel will cancel the duplicate reservation. You must present a photo ID when checking in.
  • CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATION All cancellations on EnterSanDiego.com "best rates" must be made directly with EnterSanDiego.com by calling 866-368-3773. Cancellations made within 3 day(s) of the check in date are subject to the first nights room & tax and a $25.00 penalty. Cancellations made more than 3 days(s) from the check in date are subject to a $25.00 penalty. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, penalties apply to each room that is cancelled.
  • All changes must be made directly with EnterSanDiego.com by calling 866-368-3773. Please have your tracking number available so we can better serve you. No refunds will be given for checking out early.

  • Q: What is the "Great" rate?
  • A: GREAT RATE Terms and Conditions:
  • "Great Rates" are the lowest Internet hotel room rates made available to EnterSanDiego.com at time of booking without requiring full payment in advance. Great Rates are however subject to availability. A $5.00 non-refundable deposit per night, per room at time of booking is required which will be credited toward your total room charges. This deposit is not subject to state and local hotel tax. Great Rates are only available through EnterSanDiego.com. All rates are based on double occupancy per room, and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. If applicable, additional Extra Adult Fees and incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, rollaway beds, and room service charges will be handled directly between you and the hotel. If you wish to book multiple rooms, you must use a different name for each room or the hotel will cancel the duplicate reservation. You must present a photo ID when checking in.

  • Changes and cancellations to existing reservations must be made directly with the hotel. EnterSanDiego.com cannot guarantee however that changes or cancellations will be permitted.

  • Q: Are your rates the lowest you can find?
  • A: YES! Because of the large number of lodging reservations we process, we are able to negotiate special rates with the properties. We guarantee our rates are the lowest you can find. To secure your reservation at this low rate, we require up-front payment (deposit) with your credit card. This ensures you have a room when you arrive at this low rate.

  • Q: Are the rates listed online the same rates quoted if you call the Call center?
  • A: Yes, the rates and deposit policies are the same.

  • Q: How do I change or cancel my reservation?
  • A: You must wait until you receive your official confirmation number from the hotel, then contact the hotel directly. Their number is provided in the confirmation email.

  • Q: Are there any penalties for cancellling or changing a reservation?
  • A: Please refer to the hotel's cancellation policy, as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to your reservation. However, in general, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival or be charged the first night's room rate. In addition, to maintain our competitive rates, the room deposit is nonrefundable on any "Great Rate" bookings, and there is a $25 cancellation fee imposed for "Best Rate" bookings.
  • Exceptions: The room deposit or $25 cancellation fee will be waived if another reservation is immediatley booked with an equal or greater number of room nights. Hotel terms and conditions still apply.

  • Q: What is the nature of a charge on my credit card?
  • A: For "Great Rate" reservations, a $5 per room, per night room deposit is assessed at time of booking, and is deducted from the room rate quoted. For "Best Rate" reservations, the full hotel stay is charged at time of booking, including taxes and fees. If you cancelled a "Best Rate" reservation, a $25 fee may have been assessed, in addtition to any penalties assessed by the hotel, depending on when the cancellation was made.   • Q: How do I get my room deposit refunded?
  • A: As outlined when reservations are made, room deposits are nonrefundable for "Great Rate" reservations. We must do so to insure our discounted rates.

  • Q: How do I get detailed information about a property, or read their terms and condtions?
  • A: When you see a list of hotels, either click on the hotel name or on the "more info" link. If you require additional information you will need to call the Hotel directly.

  • Q: How do I know that I have a reservation?
  • A: Immediately upon booking, you should receive a verification email with a web tracking number starting with ARES. This is to verify we did receive your reservation and requested a confirmation from ther hotel. You will receive the official confirmation number from the hotel within 2 business days. For same-day bookings, you don't need to wait for an official confirmation number; just proceed to the hotel with your ARES tracking number.

  • Q:Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
  • A: Many hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This may be listed on the Lodging Information page. If it is offered, there may be a charge by the hotel for this service. Vacation rentals often do not have this type of service.

  • Q:Is breakfast included?
  • A: Many hotels offer free breakfast. Often this is a continental breakfast or sometimes just coffee and donuts. It would be very rare for a Vacation rental to provide breakfast. If included, it should be listed on the hotel information page.

  • Q: What is a Vacation Rental?
  • A: A vacation rental is any suite-type lodging that has self-catering facilities (wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) Most vacation rentals have separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, one or more bathrooms, washer and dryer, and sometimes a balcony or patio. Towels and linens are provided. Daily maid service and other hotel conveniences are usually available. Unlike hotels with per person pricing, there is a set price for an entire vacation rental with a maximum number of persons allowed. Most one-bedroom units sleep a maximum of four using a sleeper/sofa in the living room. Most two-bedroom vacation rentals sleep a maximum of six, and most three-bedroom vacation rentals sleep up to eight.
